The Tobala concept was created to serve and introduce Oaxacan-inspired food and handcrafted cocktails to the Riverdale area. Nurturing and building upon the popularity of modern and traditional Oaxacan cuisine; always respecting its culture and ingredients, Tobala is focused on enhancing the gastronomic selection in the Bronx and surrounding areas. 

Tobala's beverage program has been carefully curated to thoughtfully and purposely juxtapose our lively flavors with modern and traditional cocktails. Along with a selection of small-batch mezcals, our beverage menu provides the ideal pairings for our courses.
