Moisés' culinary journey took root in the heart of his childhood home, where his mother, Carmen, introduced him to the art of cooking. It was in those moments that Moisés discovered his passion for the art of food.
Since those early days, Moisés' passion has been unwavering: a lifelong pursuit of discovery and mastery. His love for mezcal took him on a journey to Oaxaca, where cuisine. In Oaxaca, every dish tells a story, and every ingredient is chosen with care, honoring the land's seasons and cycles. For Moisés, cooking is a reverent practice, and sustainability is woven into every step of the process, ensuring that each meal nourishes not only the body but the earth as well.
